Welcome to Whatcom Wake Sports! By booking an activity, purchasing a service, or accessing our website, you agree to the terms and policies outlined below.

2. Services

We offer private boat charters, wakeboarding and wakesurfing lessons, kids camps, and group events on Lake Whatcom. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• We accept all major credit/debit cards via our online booking platform (PeekPro).

• You must be 18+ to make a reservation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Free reschedules up to 48 hours before your booking.

• Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged a cancellation fee or be non-refundable.

• Whatcom Wake Sports reserves the right to cancel due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.

5. Participant Requirements

• All participants must complete a liability waiver before boarding.

• Anyone under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

6. Assumption of Risk

All water sports activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold Whatcom Wake Sports, its owners, coaches, or employees liable for injury, loss, or damage.

7. Property & Equipment

You are responsible for using our gear and boats safely and respectfully. Any intentional damage may result in additional charges.

8. Photos & Media

We may capture photos or videos during your session. These may be used for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. Contact us at any time to opt out.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies agreement with the most recent version.
